About Dynamis Pictures
Our Beginnings
For Kylene Arnold, founding Dynamis Pictures was the natural outgrowth of a lifelong love of stories. From her early childhood days as a voracious reader to her adult years as a passionate filmmaker, the fine art of storytelling has always remained central to her work.
“I believe that filmmaking is the most powerful form of storytelling the world has yet known,” says Kylene. “As Piccasso reportedly said, ‘Art is a lie that tells the truth,’ and I believe the art of filmmaking carries that into the 21st century. In the hands of a master, it not only has the power to objectively communicate truth to the mind, but also a unique power to move past the mind and communicate to the heart.”
Kylene received her Bachelor’s Degree in Cinema and Video Production in 2009, graduating summa cum laude. Following a couple years of working exclusively in the independent film world, she founded Dynamis Pictures, where she has continued to support filmmakers as well as businesses and ministries. Her clients have spanned the nation from coast to coast as well as two other continents.
Dynamis’ motto is Nil satis nisi optimum – “Nothing but the best is good enough.” Kylene believes in giving her personal best to every client every time and then striving to raise the bar for the next project through zealous learning and constant growth.
